Clay County Collaborative Successful Partnerships building Successful Families

Partners

Collaborative partners include Clay County cities, County departments, public school districts and cooperatives, non-profits and Interagency Committees. All Collaborative partners agree to:

  1. Sign Governance Agreement
  2. Pay an annual Collaborative Partnership fee, currently:
    · $250 for Clay County
    · $100 for cities, school districts/cooperatives and non-profits
    · No fee charged to Interagency Work Groups
  3. Appoint a member of the organization’s governing board to serve on the Collaborative Governance Board, with the expectation they will attend Annual Meeting and, if elected, serve on the Executive Committee of the Governance Board
  4. Assign highest ranking staff serving Clay County to the Administrative Group, with the expectation they will attend regularly and will commit to leading their organizational and collaborative efforts for service integration and systems change.
  5. Assign one staff member to serve on those Collaborative work groups or committees that are of special interest to the organization. Those organizations directly involved with a Collaborative project are expected to appoint one staff member to that project work group.
  6. Participate in planning and evaluation activities as designated by the Planning and Evaluation Committee.
  7. Consider recommendations of the Parent Involvement Committee as may pertain to their organization.
