The IIIP Best Practice Manual
is a model of interagency service coordination designed around the IIIP
statutes. It contains
guidelines and protocols that are useful in building a consistent and
practical IIIP process that balances the needs of mandated partners and
families. It is designed to
go along with the numbered forms in the Best Practice Tools - Forms and
Documents section.
This is a guide for agencies and
service providers to use as they take current interagency partnerships
from current informal manner to a more structured format of delivering
interagency service coordination that is family focused and strength
based. Please incorporate the
best practice protocols contained in this manual as you fulfill the
mandates of the IIIP for Clay County families.
