Family Resources
Individual Interagency Intervention Plan (IIIP)
There
are several resources for families that were designed to give
comprehensive information about the IIIP and interagency coordination and
to help families prepare information to be included at the IIIP
meeting.
These resources are an important component to achieve the goals of
the IIIP as we ensure that family focused, strength-based planning for a
child takes place across all environments: home, school, and
