FAMILY SUPPORT MODEL PROGRAM WORK GROUP

The Family Support Model program work group has contracted with Lutheran Social Service of Minnesota to hire a Family Support Coordinator.  The Coordinator will provide support and training to Clay County families and professionals working with wraparound teams and family group conferencing. 

The work group provides overall direction to the program, setting program parameters, overseeing evaluation, establishing budget proposals, monitoring the budget, establishing the annual work plan and monitoring progress, and ensuring the program was responsive to the needs of the schools, within the ability of the Collaborative to provide resources.
